My world came tumbling down, like crumbling stone.
The rain came and washed me away.
Annihilation of all that I owned,
The pain was too much to convey.
How did the shadows hide it for so long?
How did we manage to get it so wrong?
My tears were dried on my face, my eyes burned like fire.
I fell into bloodshot decay.
Degradation of all I admired,
The pain was too fierce to display.
Had I turned a blind eye to the truth,
In my quest to find the proof?
“Father of Heaven and Earth, please take me away, for my time has now come.
Take me for what I am worth, I beg and I pray, I am hollow and numb.
Angels of Mercy,
Spirit me away…”
I’m here for all to see, no vision of peace.
I am running towards the light.
I prayed that the aching and sorrow would cease,
My faith was my power and sight.
I am now free from the turmoil inside.
And I will never forget how I cried…
“Father of Heaven and Earth, please take me away, for my time has now come.
Take me for what I am worth, I beg and I pray, I am hollow and numb.

Well played and produced prog rock, presented by a musician passionate about his craft. And who wouldn’t love those Rush influences. Just great music. mjbb61

BBT are standard bearers for modern prog, with a sound that evokes the spirit of those legendary 70s bands whilst managing to also be thoroughly contemporary. It's astonishing that over 30 minutes of music of this quality, with such high production values, is being made available for free - and their full albums are also very reasonably priced...
